After checking availability, a seasonal rental agreement will be sent by email.The booking becomes final once the contract is signed and a 30% deposit has been paid via a secure payment link.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival at the gîte.Direct bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights and are limited to a maximum of 10 nights.
A security deposit of €250 is requested upon arrival (in cash or by cheque, not cashed) and returned after the departure inspection and verification of the property.
